On our Drafts of the Bull tour, we invite you to experience several of Durham’s standout breweries, where each stop offers its own interpretation of craft beer through small batch creations, rotating taps, and innovative flavors. About Us
In 2025, Zack Hollis launched Flavors of the Bull to spotlight Durham’s food and drink culture through guided tasting experiences. Under that umbrella, Slices of the Bull invites participants to journey through a curated selection of the city’s best pizza focused kitchens, where each stop highlights a different take on dough, toppings, and local ingredients while offering a deep dive into Durham’s pizza scene and neighborhood character. Meanwhile, Drafts of the Bull brings together a rotating lineup of Durham’s top breweries and taprooms, giving guests the chance to sample a wide variety of craft beers and learn the stories behind each brew. Together, these experiences reflect Hollis’s vision to celebrate Durham’s culinary spirit, connect people with the city’s creative food community, and offer accessible yet elevated tasting adventures for locals and visitors alike.
